By accessing or using the VMCX Platform ("Platform") operated by DIVISIONSIX-20-ONE, trading under the brands Sarah - D6 JCOM and VMCX (Vague Media Company X) ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Description

The VMCX Platform is an internal operations and management system providing tools for inventory management, financial ledger tracking, logistics coordination, communications, incident reporting, and related organizational functions for authorized personnel of DIVISIONSIX-20-ONE. The Platform operates under the brands Sarah - D6 JCOM (our AI-powered customer-facing assistant and WhatsApp brand) and VMCX (Vague Media Company X), a citizen-based US operations hub for community, media, and mutual safety.

3. Eligibility and Account Access

• Access to the Platform is restricted to authorized members and personnel of DIVISIONSIX-20-ONE.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• Share, reproduce, or distribute confidential Platform data with unauthorized parties.
• Use the Platform's financial tools for personal financial gain outside of authorized organizational purposes.

5. Financial Integrations

The Platform may offer financial data integrations (including via Plaid). By using these features, you acknowledge that:

• You authorize DIVISIONSIX-20-ONE to access financial data on your behalf solely for organizational ledger and reporting purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring only authorized accounts are connected to the Platform.
• Financial data displayed on the Platform is for informational and operational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and materials on the Platform — including the brand names Sarah - D6 JCOM, VMCX, Vague Media Company X, DIVISIONSIX-20-ONE, and the Sarah AI persona — are the property of DIVISIONSIX-20-ONE or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DIVISIONSIX-20-ONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, or service interruptions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
